Bay Area Knitting Guild

In July, August and September, the Bay Area Knitting Guild is presenting the Pop-Up LYS Meet-up series.

The series is designed to spread information about the guild to the patrons of LYS and to also introduce LYS to our guild members!

Please join us on Saturday, July 8th at the A Stitching Witch at 10am. They are located at 10118 US-19, Port Richey, FL 34668. Coffee and snacks will be provided by the Guild and we are planning to play Knitting Bingo with prizes.

When: Thursday June 22, 2023 | 6pm-8pm

Our program this month is a tutorial of modular knitting. Please bring any yarn and the needle size appropriate for the weight of yarn. Self-striping yarn would show the different directions of the knitting well, but any smooth yarn will work (meaning no novelty or nubby yarn for best results).

The July KAL hat will be presented.

If you choose to knit in Knots of Love approved yarn, you can donate any hat you make. We are accepting Knots of Love hats for donation until the end of the year. So please keep knitting those charity hats. Donation is NOT mandatory, always volunteer!
